The iGEMers of HZAU-China are responsible for all the iGEM work this year, which includes idea, lab work, wiki and so on. Also, we communicate and collaborate with many iGEM teams this year. All the work done by our team members and the help received from others are shown below.

This project was mainly designed by Yuanpu Zhang. Other team members help enriching the ideas and design.

Experimental education to new team members was conducted by Yuanpu Zhang, Zekun Luo, Haozhen Liu and Ruichren Shen.

Modeling training to new team members was conducted by Ruichen Shen, Yuqian Yang and Xinyi Geng.

Safety education was conducted by Professor Yingchun Qi and Chunjiao Xia from Huazhong Agricultural University.

nahR, vdal, ms2-spytag, cry6Aa2, ggaA, tapA,hrpR, hrpS, holin, pghs, tbrA, tbrB, psal were synthesized by GenScript.

The trans-aconitic acid standard was provided by Associate Professor Cuiying Du from Hubei Engineering University.

Arabidopsis thaliana WT was provided by Professor Shunping Yan form Huazhong Agricultural University.

Bacillus subtilis 168 was provided by Professor Jin He from Huazhong Agricultural University.

MOE licenses and the server used to run molecular dynamics were provided by Prefessor XiaoCong Wang from Huazhong Agricultural University.

SnapGene® licenses were generously provided by GSL Biotech LLC.

Codes on our wiki were written by Xi Chen, Shiyu Wang and Shanshan Guo, assisted by other team mambers.

Art design on the wiki was fulfilled by Liuyi Wang and Haiqi Sun.

The promotion video was designed and edited by Liuyi Wang, voiced by Xincong Sun and Muyang Li and the script was written by Ruichen shen and Muyang Li.

The poster was designed by Liuyi Wang and Haiqi Sun.

Yuanpu Zhang took charge in Laboratory Group.

The validation of the salicylic acid sensor was completed by Ruichen Shen.

The validation of the virus-like particle delivery system was completed by Zekun Luo.

Yuanpu Zhang, from Huazhong Agricultural University School of Veterinary Medicine,supervised the iodixanol density gradient centrifugation experiments as well as the processing and staining of TEM samples.

Research assistant Yingying Xu,form Huazhong Agricultural University, guided the team in operating the transmission electron microscope.

The Plants Immunity Enhancement module was validated by Yuanpu Zhang and Wentao Yang .

The nematode killing module in the project can be divided into the toxin protein module and the toxin molecule module.

The validation of the toxin protein module was completed by Haozhen Liu, while the toxin molecule module was completed by Zekun Luo, Zhang Yuanpu, and Ruichen Shen, assisted by Meng Xinyi and Mingyu Xie, the experiments related to HPLC were supervised by Dingqi Liu.

The colonization module was completed by Yuxiang Wang and Wang Ruijia.

The Lysis & Release module was completed by Beier Tu.

Lize Chen validated the suicide module, with suggestions from Ruichen Shen.

Ruichen Shen took charge in Model Group.

The mathematical modeling work was mainly done by Yuqian Yang , with the help of Ruichen Shen and Xinyi Geng.

The work related to molecular simulation, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics was carried out by Ruichen Shen, with assistance from Xinyi Geng, Chuyi Tu,Tao Chen and Shunyao Zeng, and guidance from Zhaohong Liu.

The TAA diffusion model was mainly developed by Xinyi Geng, with the help of Chuyi Tu, Yuqian Yang and Ruichen Shen.

The nematode survival model was completed by Xinyi Geng, Yuqian Yang, Ruichen Shen, with help from Tao Chen, Chuyi Tu and Shunyao Zeng.

The hardware work was done by Tao Chen and Shunyao Zeng, with advice from Yuqian Yang and Ruichen Shen, and some help from Xianzhe Huang.

Xincong Sun took charge in HP Group and supervised all HP activities.

The planning of human practice activities were conducted by Xincong Sun, Ruichen Shen and Yuanpu Zhang, assisted by Yuyue Ying, Muyang Li.

"Building the Future with Unity - 2024 iGEMer Central China Regional Exchange Conference" was organized by Xincong Sun, Muyang Li, Yuyue Ying, Ruichen Shen, and Wentao Yang. Tiejun Tang and Bin Mei from the College of Life Science and Technology at Huazhong Agricultural University provided venue, materials, and financial support for the conference.

The communication activities were led by Xincong Sun and Muyang Li, with other team members participating.

The iGEM's laboratory open day was organized by Muyang Li, Xincong Sun, Wentao Yang, Chuyi Tu, and Yuxiang Wang, with assistance from other team members.

The primary school educational activities were organized by Yuyue Ying.

Zekun Luo and Yuanpu Zhang and Haozhen Liu took responsibility for purchasing experimental materials and reagents.

Ruichen Shen took responsibility for the financial affairs on experiment equipments and reagents.

Xincong Sun took responsibility of purchasing HP materials.

Daily cleaning of our laboratory was assigned to all team members.

The routine safety management of the laboratory was primarily overseen by Professor Yingchun Qi, Professor Chunjiao Xia, and Dr. Shanyu Wu.
