XJU-China has added 23 new documents to the registration page with new information. Polyethylene-degrading enzymes with potential functions include laccase, hydrolase, and alkane monooxygenase. Then, according to their gene sequences, the recombinant plasmids were constructed and heterologous expression was carried out to obtain the crude extracts of these potentially functional polyethylene degrading enzymes, and the obtained crude extracts were mixed with polyethylene films and microspheres for one month, and the results of weight loss rate, scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy were used to determine whether these 23 potentially functional polyethylene degrading enzymes had polyethylene degradation functions.
