Our model focus on the integration of the target gene into the Halomonas TD genome, as well as the prediction and control of the fermentation process in Halomonas TD.


In the first model, we integrated multiple criteria to identify potential integration sites from the genome, including length requirements, positional requirements, and transcriptional activity criteria[1].To achieve this goal, we employed an improved KMP algorithm and vwz-curve promoter prediction to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Additionally, we developed a user-friendly graphical interface for the model.


In the second model, we utilized a GO-term-based ec-GEM (enzyme-constrained genome-scale metabolic model) to describe the state of Halomonas and establish a connection between cellular states and fermentation environments.
