Best Model

As you can see on our model page, we have put considerable effort into designing an efficient genome integration locus screening program tailored for prokaryotes, along with the GO-term-based ec-GEM, Motrol. Additionally, we have developed rational continuous feeding fermentation flow control calculations. These tools are crafted to enable future iGEMers to efficiently screen genome integration loci in their chassis organisms and optimize fermentation processes using Motrol to improve yield.

As you could see on our Part page,we have made every effort to design thermalsensitive bio-switches suitable for Halomonas TD and realised the construction of T-switches with different expression intensities, so that future iGEMers could achieve some specific goals of Halomonas TD through these dynamic regulation tools designed by us .
