At GEC-Beijing, we meticulously documented the daily experiments, including all experimental protocols, processes, and raw data.

Our team's work primarily focused on the treatment of denim. The experiments were divided into three systems, each targeting a different enzyme. System 1 focused on the design of laccase for denim bleaching. System 2 involved cellulase for creating distressed effects, while System 3 concentrated on lipase for oil stain removal. Through rigorous experimental design and procedures, we ensured the successful expression of these genes and the progress of subsequent experiments. These efforts laid a solid foundation for further functional validation and enzyme activity studies.
