He worked hard as a team leader and received high marks for his clear explanations and question-and-answer session at the debriefing session for the corporate recipient of the grant. In particular, he demonstrated excellent communication skills and leadership in organizing conflicting opinions. His flexible approach kept him highly motivated despite his busy schedule and contributed to the team.
Activities and hard work: He was a very dedicated driver, driving long distances to Fukushima Prefecture and transporting equipment at summer events, ensuring that people and supplies were delivered to their destinations on multiple occasions, and also returned without incident, leaving no one behind. He was a driver with a unique sense of humor, just like Jeremy Clarkson. While performing these difficult tasks, he also supported the team as a representative.

As a leader of the wet group, he led experiments and used his knowledge not only in experiments but also in many other areas to teach experimental techniques to junior members of the team. He also proactively worked on planning projects, exploring principles, searching for papers, and communicating with PIs and graduate students in the laboratory, making significant contributions not only to the wet group but to the entire team. In particular, he was an indispensable member of the team, gently and accurately teaching and guiding junior members who did not know right from left in the lab.

She not only led the team as the oldest member of the WET team, but also actively participated in the preparation of Education materials and HP activities, which brought a lot of benefits to the team. Her flexible thinking and ability to realize her ideas were unmatched by anyone else, and we would not have been able to complete this project without her. She is always kind to junior members who are unfamiliar with experiments, and their experimental skills have grown spectacularly over the past year. She also brought a sense of humor to the entire team, which always brought a smile to everyone's face.

He was the leader of the Dry team and worked on the modeling and wiki creation. I can assure you that his enthusiasm to look at details that everyone else didn't notice and to think more seriously than anyone else was a factor in moving the project forward. Modeling and wikis were not easy for us, but as Dry's leader, he learned quickly and led the team. The models he invents are not only principle-oriented, but also very unique and surprising. He actively participated in activities outside of Dry and contributed a great deal to the overall project.

As the Public Engagement leader, she worked on Education and HumanPractice. She made significant contributions to the overall project, most notably in organizing an educational event that involved the entire Japan team. She is passionate about educational activities and her beliefs have resulted in a number of very worthwhile events. She was also very active on HP and led the team through active discussions. She is also a richly talented designer, and the mascot character she created was a comfort to us all.

Yasunari has a strong interest in multiple things, and although he was a member of the wet team, his activities were not limited to that group. He actively participated in the preparation of the education events held frequently, and performed a wide range of tasks from small ones to large ones such as presentations. He never stopped learning. He also interacted with juniors who joined the laboratory midway through the project, and was trusted by both seniors and juniors. He was trusted by both seniors and juniors.
He is a self-proclaimed “dog at home,” and he is an excellent communicator, interacting with both seniors and juniors. He is also very inquisitive about learning, and his constant pursuit of new knowledge is impressive. Despite his busy schedule, he has been able to complete numerous tasks with precision and has made significant contributions to the creation of presentation and promotional videos for our projects. His versatility and sense of responsibility have been a tremendous asset to the team. I wonder if his character of a beautiful white-haired girl is the key to his motivation..,

I made full use of the knowledge I had gained in biology and molecular biology during my high school years, and supported the team in the theoretical part. In particular, he was one of the best in guiding the direction of the project in a more realistic way by appropriately correcting the wet leader's spontaneous and poor ideas.

He worked on modeling and wiki creation as a Dry team. We were the first contestants and he had no experience or knowledge of modeling or wiki creation, but we worked hard together to learn about mathematical modeling and wiki coding. His accomplishments are many, but two of the most notable are his modeling of cosmic radiation and his coding of the wiki home page. I am convinced that both of them performed to the maximum in a very limited time.
Life science / 2nd year
She was an outstanding communicator among the team and actively interacted with many people at the educational activities and fundraisers. She also has excellent language skills and took the initiative to listen to people from other countries when conducting HP, which made the entire team a smooth HP venue. Thanks to her, the stakeholder framework will be expanded.

Although he is currently recuperating, he has made tremendous contributions to the team. He took the lead in raising funds for the team's start-up, assembling the project, and leading the HP activities. His initiative and can-do attitude were so great that everyone on the team should learn from them. He was also the most active player in the team with a very nice sensibility and a soft demeanor that made the team feel at ease.

Activities and efforts: Mainly devoted to WET experiments and wiki creation. she was very active right after joining WET, and her willingness to ask questions if she didn't understand something on her own was excellent.
Even though she is a first-year student, she has been very active in absorbing knowledge about iGEM, and her growth has been remarkable. Immediately after joining the club, she was involved in the design of a card game, demonstrating her creativity and energy. Furthermore, her willingness to speak up at meetings and share her ideas and opinions with us has been wonderful. Her enthusiasm and drive have a positive impact on the entire team and contribute greatly to the project.

Activities and what he did well: He contributed mainly in terms of wiki creation; he collaborated with the second-year students and did not give up on completing the page despite the conflicts with other club activities. He also learned a lot, attending most of the study sessions that were held several times.

She worked on the wiki creation. In the limited time available, she worked on learning how to use GitLab and wiki coding. She contributed to the creation of the team wiki using the skills she gained there. She participated in an event the team held last year, where she became interested in iGEM, and this year she became a member of the team. It was a great pleasure for me to be able to work with her.

She worked on the wiki creation. Like other Dry team members, she did not have the knowledge and skills necessary for wiki creation, such as wiki coding and GitLab usage, but we worked hard together to learn. She was also very instrumental in building the wiki design. From the initial stages of building the design of this wiki, she took the lead in creating the design.

Despite her poor health, she made a significant contribution to the global HP by demonstrating outstanding English skills and attention to the finest nuances of grammar, and by actively communicating and negotiating with external parties. She also engaged in wiki research and STS studies necessary for HP. Furthermore, they actively participated in the team by voicing their opinions and organizing the situation when discussions stalled.

Last year, as team leader, he led the team. This year, as a support person, she has some tasks that are not in her hands in the team, such as creating the team hoodie, creating the project logo, and creating emails.
She is the highest grader on the team and was team leader last year. And this year she worked for the team again despite her busy schedule: she contacted many professors on the website and fluently introduced the team's activities at the fundraiser. Without her, the team would not have made it this far.
Dr. Watanabe, the PI, not only gave us advice as an expert on electro-activated bacteria, but was also kind enough to help us if we had any questions. He always graciously allowed us to use his laboratory and carefully taught us how to use the experiments and equipment. His lectures were very interesting, and he showed us how interesting microorganisms are. All the members of the group are most grateful to him.
She helped us from the beginning of our experiment and gave us a lot of advice. She graduated in April, but she is known to go to LUPICIA even and is a hidden tea user! 🫖
He is a passionate Yomiuri Giants fan and his daily routine is to watch the highlights of the day's game before going home. He is a very kind and funny senior staff member, as evidenced by the smirk on his face when he sees me in the cafeteria.
He is very good at giving us advice on our experiments, but he is also very friendly and we sometimes have conversations with him on a daily basis. He has a very pleasant personality, and I would like to mention that he is mischievous in this way.f
