We have submitted a total of 27 basic parts and 10 composite parts, all of which are listed in the following table. The most important ones are marked in brown, indicating that these are parts we have meticulously designed and for which we have conducted detailed characterization. The relatively important ones are marked in blue, these are parts we have designed but for which we have not conducted related characterization experiments. The least importtant ones are marked in black.

This section displays all the basic parts we have submitted. Apart from the two variants of ADAR, all these parts have been used to assemble our sensor RNA and the corresponding target RNA.
