Hello, I'm Xinjie Shen, the captain of 2024-NJU China, and I'm honored to have met a lot of excellent students and teammates during this year's team competition, and to learn from a number of experts and teachers.

I am mainly responsible for team management, progress follow-up, fund-raising and other management tasks. In terms of the project, I was the main person in charge of the wet experiment and helped to develop the synthetic biology macrolanguage model Prometheus.

After this year's project, my wet lab skills, dry lab skills, and new understanding of the combination of synthetic biology and artificial intelligence, I want to continue to make more contributions to life science through AI modeling in the future!

My name is Wang Zhuxi, I am cheerful and serious. I like doing experiments and designing delicate experiments. I like to learn the experimental methods in the literature to improve my own experiments. At the same time, I like to share and discuss my ideas with others, in which I can learn more from people around me.

In this project, I was responsible for the wet experiment part of the experiment and the procurement of experimental materials. We cooperated with each other to design a series of experiments such as resistance test, mRNA content determination and so on.

In the procurement of experimental materials, we did our best to ensure that the experiments went smoothly!

I am Yifan Miao, from Nanjing University School of Life Sciences.I have a strong interest in molecular biology and bioinformatics. In this project, I am responsible for some wet experiments, including constructing gene expression vectors, detecting the expression level of target genes and so on.

I am Gui Yang, the dry lab leader of the NJU-China team, with a strong interest in the intersection of AI and biology. In this project, I am responsible for coordinating the overall progress of the dry lab, managing collaborative projects between the dry lab and other groups, handling the download and setup of the entire database, especially using large language models to extract the functions and usage environments of components.

I'm Mingyue Deng from Nanjing University School of Life Sciences. In this project, I participated in the overall design and improvement of Prometheus model, and was responsible for the deployment and prompt engineering of Llmam 3, as well as the recommendation of component matching and the construction of plasmids. I also deployed the model and wrote the Wiki together with Zixuan Zhao. I also participated in some HP events and presented some of the technical details of the dry experiment. My participation in the iGEM project has increased my knowledge and experience in both synthetic biology and LLM, and I am honored to have the opportunity to participate in this competition.

I am Zixuan Zhao, a student at Nanjing University majoring in Computer Science. Currently, my research interests focus on edge computing and distributed machine learning. I enjoy developing software that enhances people's lives, such as DannyBusMap and Prometheus. During this year's iGEM competition, I am responsible for designing, implementing, training, testing, and deploying the Prometheus model, as well as compiling the DryLab Wiki and user manual in collaboration with Mingyue Deng. The skills and experiences I have gained from this project are invaluable to me, and I will continue to grow from them.

My name is Shiyuan Chen and I'm the student leader for Human Practices. I mainly take in charge of conceptualization, background research, fundraising, visualization and writing. I organized multiple HP activities and identified directions for combining HP with dry labs and wet labs, also helped interview several professors to help gather guidance for dry labs,anticipated in AI seminars and responsible for most of the writing work for the wiki HP group. I hope to make kids love synthetic biology and let the spark of synthetic biology spread around the world.

My name is Yourong SHI, and I am from the School of Life Sciences at Nanjing University. I excel in organizing activities and interpersonal communication, and I have a rich foundation of basic biological knowledge. I enjoy learning about biology and hope to share the joy of biology with more people.

In NJU-China, I took on the tasks of the HP group. I led the completion of four interview tasks, one lecture, and two product demonstration activities, where I was responsible for recording and filming. As a participant, I also completed two public presentations and one teaching support activity, working together with my classmates to overcome many difficulties. In addition to organizing activities, I collected a large amount of product feedback from the public both online and offline, receiving unanimous praise from various industries. The hard work of our HP group for the team was evident to all teachers and students, and we received recognition and praise from both classmates and teachers.

Through these activities, I not only improved my social skills and professional level but also helped more people understand the most cutting-edge biological knowledge and AI applications. I hope that my team and I can work together, weathering all challenges, to achieve our common goals.

Hello, I am Zecheng Guan from the 22nd class of life sciences at Nanjing University. I have rich experience in social practice and scientific research, I have participated in the national research project “PBICR”, and also organized the summer social practice activities of Stanford Asian Liver Center as the project leader, and now I am leading a college student innovation project as the first leader.

My name is He Feng, a student from the 2022 Life Sciences Strengthening Foundation Class. I am a passionate enthusiast of painting, photography, and sports. As a life science student with a strong interest in synthetic biology, I am thrilled to be part of the 2024NJU-China team and serve as the leader of the Creative Group. Our responsibilities include building the wiki web platform, designing the visual identity system for our project, which encompasses creating logos, project posters, presentation materials, and drawing experimental flowcharts. We will also assist team members in conducting wet lab experiments and HP work. We hope our efforts will brilliantly showcase the achievements of our team and contribute to the development of synthetic biology and the application of our GPTs model.

Hello, everyone! My name is Tang Deting, from the School of Medicine of Nanjing University. I am very interested in life science, so I actively applied for the igem competition. As a member of the creative crew, I was mainly responsible for the web page writing of the wet lab, the dry lab and the hp. Hello, everyone! My name is Anchang Jin and I am a student from Nanjing University majored in biology. It is an honour to join the NJU-China team and fulfill my duty in the design parts of our work. At first my job was mainly operating some of our team's social media so that we can promote our idea of synthetic biology and make others aware of our current work of iGEM. Then I spent most of my time with my hard-working team members, witout whom I cannot succeed in making slides which will be used to help creating our presentation video and also be used in the Grand Jamboree. I hope that with our great contribution and excellent work, we can raise people's awareness of both synthetic biology and iGEM.
