Below is a deep reflection and thorough summary of the achievements we have made, as well as areas for improvement, showcasing our efforts in the pursuit of excellence and innovation.
- Medal Evaluation -
· Bronze Medal Criteria
Based on our team's progress and submissions, we have met the bronze medal criteria outlined by iGEM, including project demonstration, completion of the Wiki page, participation in human practices, and proper attribution of team contributions.

· Silver Medal Criteria
In addition to fulfilling the bronze criteria, we have met the requirements for the silver medal. Our team achieved engineering success through iterative design and experimental improvements. We also engaged extensively in human practices, exploring the potential applications and broader societal impacts of our project.

· Gold Medal Criteria
In addition to meeting the bronze and silver criteria, we believe our project has demonstrated excellence in synthetic biology. We developed a custom software tool, integrating modeling and analysis to enhance our project’s technical strengths. Below are key links that showcase the progress and achievements that validate our fulfillment of the gold medal criteria.

- Special Prizes  -
· Best Model
We are a team of 18 high school students, coming together for the first time to collectively pursue a shared, thrilling goal. Our participation in the iGEM competition marks the beginning of an extraordinary journey, destined to create cherished memories that will last a lifetime. United by our passion for innovation and science, we aim to not only challenge ourselves but also to contribute meaningful solutions to real-world problems. This journey is not just about competing, but also about learning, growing, and inspiring each other to reach new heights. (click run to Model)
· Best New Composite Parts
Our team introduced several new composite parts to the iGEM Registry, each with unique and practical functions. These parts allow functionality adjustments by replacing core components, making them versatile for various applications. All parts comply with iGEM and Registry submission requirements. These new composite parts will provide valuable guidance for future iGEM teams aiming to build similar projects. (click run to parts)
· Best Software Tool
We have developed an innovative software tool capable of encoding Chinese information into DNA sequences, while supporting decoding and information disguise functionalities. This tool efficiently utilizes the logic of the Wubi input method and integrates AlphaFold to predict protein structures, enhancing information concealment. Additionally, we plan to further develop features such as mutation readability analysis and hash value verification to improve the security and integrity of data during transmission and storage. The software offers a user-friendly interface, making it highly applicable in the field of information security. (click run to software)
