We officially formed our team in the spring of 2023 and participated in online courses from April to June to gain a solid understanding of synthetic biology and iGEM. During this period, we conducted brainstorming sessions to define our project. In June, we completed training in laboratory safety, fundamental experimental techniques, and laboratory equipment usage, which enabled us to begin over two months of intensive hands-on experimentation. Throughout this journey, we encountered various challenges and made efforts to optimize experimental procedures to enhance our success rate. Additionally, our project incorporated a diverse range of human practice activities, facilitating continuous refinement and adjustment based on feedback and dialogue.
