I am a second-year student at UW, and my major is ECE. I come from Shanghai, China. I have constructed a language for squirrels!

The goal of my lab is to dissect the emergent properties cells used to build complex higher-order tissue structures, like our organs.

Dr. Frank Dimaio is an Associate Professor at the IPD. His research is focused on protein structure determination from sparse and noisy experimental data.

My lab uses a combination of stem cells, CRISPR/Cas9 screens, mouse genetics, and biochemical assays to study the signaling pathways that are essential.
