We used two different types of genetic parts, a single basic part and a composite part.
Basic parts are individual pieces of genetic code including, protein sequences, regulatory sequences and promoters. We used a total of 10 different elements

A composite part is a part made from assembling a series of basic parts. We created two total composite parts, designed for expression in E.coli.
