Safety Project Design
Due to our limited laboratory facilities, we choose some safe experiments:
1. Extract DNA using safe commercial kits
2. No gene transformation or gene editing work with infectious bacteria or viruses
3. Only use the DH5 alpha in a correct way
4. Wild type plants only
