This year, we introduced several new basic parts to the iGEM registry and designed our own constructs to support our project. Improvement on an existing part
We also constructed a double-plasmid system based on an existing biopart TcI BBa_K2969021. The successful double-plasmid system will allow us to replace the fluorescent protein with any cds, and the expression of the selected cds will be strictly heat-sensitive.
