During the 10 days preparing and training, I learned a lot about the basic experiments of molecular biology such as LB medium preparation, glycerol bacteria resuscitation inoculation, plasmid extraction and I truly improved my experimental operation ability. Not only did I gain valuable knowledge, but I also had the opportunity to collaborate with exceptional teammates who were supportive and dedicated as we prepared for the competition.
