Any data provided by users in our software will not be disclosed to anyone other than the user themselves. If we need to use any information related to users, we will seek permission from the user.
The data we use to train our models, such as protein sequences and optimal temperatures for proteins, are primarily collected from the BRENDA database and extensively cited SCI research papers. As these sources are based on experimental data, this ensures the reliability of our model results.
We did experiment in State Key Laboratory of Microbial Metabolism to verify the accuracy of HEATMAP-AI. Our work place’s biosafety level is Level 2, and we didn’t any hypertoxic chemicals. Besides, we were all well-equipped and disinfect ourselves to obey laboratory rules, and every step of operation is supervised by our instructors.
