Our Grand Jamboree Experience

Our incredible journey with iGEM reached its peak at the 2024 Grand Jamboree in Paris, and we’re thrilled to share our achievements with you!

We earned a 🏅 Gold Medal and were honoured with several special awards:
🌱 Best Conservation Project
💻 Best Wiki
🎬 Best Presentation
👥 Best Integrated Human Practices

Most excitingly, we returned home as the First Runner-Up in the Undergraduate category! 🥈

We were also nominated for 🧬 Best Composite Part and ⚙️ Best Part Collection.

The Jamboree was an unforgettable experience where we connected with amazing people, shared our results, and exchanged ideas. We are grateful for the scientific community’s recognition and support of our ideas.

A huge congratulations to the outstanding winning team from Heidelberg and to Sydney-Australia – it was an honor to share the finals stage with you! Kudos to the winners in other categories, too!

As the first-ever team from our university to compete, we’re incredibly proud to have made history as Poland’s first finalist team in iGEM’s 21-year legacy.

Being part of the iGEM Community has been an incredible experience, and we know this is just the beginning of an extraordinary journey.
