Introduction
The field of biology is distinct from other engineering disciplines due to the absence of a modular
structure and function. This results in alterations to the expression of genes when they are transferred
between species. The objective of synthetic biology is to standardise functional genes in order to
facilitate predictable expression in different chassis organisms. Our project has registered 17 basic
parts and 3 composite parts. It is our hope that these parts will be accessible for utilisation based
on our research through the registry, and that the information for the parts can be further completed
so that more people can make use of them.
Among these parts, we choose turboPETase(OmpA), (BBa_K5233022) as our best new basic part for the application of gold medal.
