"Human Practices is the study of how your work affects the world, and how the world affects your work."

Just as Peter Carr said, Human Practices should be through every part of the iGEM project. Whether it is the project brainstorming, project establishment, design, or the final result transformation, downstream implementation, application and market promotion, every link of the project should be closely connected with the world.

As a result, we provided a two-way exchange of knowledge and ideas with a diverse range of stakeholders. (Integrated Human Practices) Each feedback would make us more fully consider and improve the project, and finally make our project more perfect.

While pursuing the Sustainable Development Goals, we worked with the theme of “Harmony”, which refers to: Human practice can be Artistic and Responsible. Mutualistic Oasis Needs You.

Therefore, we worked in an artistic and responsible manner, responding to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). (Sustainable Development Impact)

Our work also made efforts to break down the knowledge barriers in synthetic biology (Education), give everyone a chance to get involved in STEM (Inclusivity). In the process of our work, we also had in-depth communication with other iGEMers and teams, establishing deep friendships with them (Collaborations).
