This year, BNU-China conducted numerous experimental attempts, especially focusing on the expression and purification of different MSPs, with many efforts put into optimization and trials. We have documented the protocols as detailed, accurate, and complete as possible here, hoping to provide feasible experimental references for future iGEM teams.
