Introduction

For the experimental phase of NeuroMuSceteer, we developed, utilized, and refined a variety of protocols. Recognizing the value of well-organized and comprehensive protocols for iGEMers, we have created three distinct protocol packs as a contribution to the iGEM community. The first is called the "CAAR-T cells" bundle and is designed for lentiviral vector productions, cell transduction and protein expression assays, all tailored to primary cells. The "CRISPR" protocols can be used for creating a lentiviral CRISPR vector and transforming it into bacteria. Lastly the HCR protocols feature a series of hybridization and quantification experiments.

We've worked hard to ensure these protocols are as clear and detailed as possible, providing the end goal of each experiment, necessary supplies, and important precautions. We hope that future iGEM teams find these protocol bundles useful in their lab endeavors. Good luck!
