Team

Baiding Chen: He serves as our team leader. Responsible for advancing the overall technical framework, leading the development and training of the backend LLM model, and building the project’s knowledge base, as well as designing the forentend stucture of software and wiki pages. His contributions laid the foundation for the technical success of the project, ensuring the efficiency and scalability of our models and software.

Haiyue Pu: In the iGEM project, she was involved in all stages, contributing to early data development through web crawling and data processing. In the mid-stage, she focused on deploying the LangChain model locally, and in the later stages, she was responsible for evaluating the model's performance. Her work was crucial in ensuring the team had accurate, well-processed data and a fully functional, evaluated model ready for deployment.

Qiayi Zha: LLM model construction, fine-tuning and updating. Data Processing and analysing. Promotion video production.

Siying Han: In charge of data scraping for the database, data cleaning, and acquisition work for the RAG repository. She also made significant efforts in software documentation and wiki writing, contributing to the presentation of the project's achievements.

Yifei Wang: Conducted target audience research, gathering valuable feedback that drove forum optimization and improved user experience. She coordinated with various team members to ensure the project aligned with the market needs.

Yixin Hu: Serve as the project leader, responsible for project planning, task assignment, and all non-technical chores (e.g. visas). She is also responsible for the technical aspects of the project evaluation to ensure that our models are competitive.

Advisors and Mentors
