All lab procedures were carried out at the Love Lab at San Diego State University under the supervision of Dr. John Love and Ph.D. student Sierra Murrell. We used the standard operating procedures of the Love Lab, and we would like to thank them once again for allowing us to work on our project using their equipment, reagents, and guidance.
