Our project aims to deliver two kinds of engineered bacteria into the small intestine and reside in it, releasing short peptides under specific conditions.

Small peptides are easily synthesized by bacteria, readily absorbed by the body and sometimes serve as nutritional supplements.
To ensure the biosafety we also implement a Quorum System(QS) which controls the ratio of two different engineered bacteria
