Background
Parkinson's disease (PD) is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases, which greatly impairs the patient and causes a heavy burden to families and society. PD is essentially a motor system disease, meaning that once motor symptoms become manifest, they are generally irreversible. That course demonstrates the need for earlier screening and detection to stave off and delay the disease.
