On this page, we present the parts that we have actively used in our experimental work. Our collection includes novel basic and composite parts generated by our team, as well as basic parts from the registry that we used during our project. In our composite part collection, you can find our best new composite part BBa_K5057007, which is composed of the antimicrobial peptide Sushi S1 BBa_K5057004 and the signal peptide HSTII BBa_K5057002.
