Overview

The goal of Glycemic stabilizer is to help as many diabetes patients as possible alleviate their suffering in the future. Helping users understand how it works is an essential task. On the other hand, confirming the reliability of the experimental design is also necessary. Therefore, we have developed the Gene-circuit software for realistic simulation of synthetic biology and constructed dynamic DDE models to meet these needs.

Problems Analysis
1. What is Gene-circuit? What will Gene-circuit realize? (Click to view!) 2. How to characterize the gene circuit by using  mathematical terms? (Click to view!)
3. What is the functional significance of DDE?

By calculating the Delay Differential Equation (DDE) to validate experimental data, we can quantitatively analyze the experimental results and predict the performance of products under various conditions.

4. How do we fit and determine parameters?

During the process of selecting a specific equation to validate experimental data, parameters are approximated by constant transformation and fractional function fitting. The original dataset is then substituted into the original solution of the Delay Differential Equation (DDE).
